Dermafutura Italia S.A. ( "Dermafutura"), according to the Article 13 of the D. Lgs 196/2003 (Privacy Code) and the interpretation guidelines made on June 19th , 2008 by the Data protection Supervisor, informs that the data ( ‘data’) provided directly or through a third party, may be subject to collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, cancellation and destruction ("processing"). Data will be processed for administrative, accounting and tax purposes and for the performance of Dermafutura products sales contracts. Data processing relating to the purposes specified above will use computer or telematic tools, or made in hard copy and generally by means of instruments designed to ensure compliance with the requirements of confidentiality and security measures provided by the Privacy Code.
Data can be transferred abroad in compliance with the regulations in effect.
